Ilustração sobre ecologia

Esta oficina terá início com uma leitura encenada do livro do naturalista David Attenborough, ‘A vida na Terra’. Iremos recriar com imagens, a narrativa da evolução da vida, desde os primeiros organismos unicelulares até aos complexos peixes e répteis. Como uma fábula marítima que se vai desdobrando em episódios científicos ou fictícios, atravessaremos a linha do tempo para chegarmos a um presente que ameaça a vida natural de um futuro no mar e na terra. A partir da dinâmica “fazer para pensar” iremos criar, refletir, agir e materializar soluções/manifestos ilustrados em formato de livro de artista infinito. Cada participação corresponde a uma página, que também é uma célula, de um multicelular organismo/livro coletivo. No final, cada um pode levar para casa a sua célula ilustrada e iniciar um novo organismo/livro.

Once upon a time there was a sea sponge… stories from the beginning of life, by Margarida Botelho

This workshop will begin with a staged reading of the book by naturalist David Attenborough ‘Life on Earth’. We will recreate with images, the narrative of the evolution of life, from the first unicellular organisms to the complex fish and reptiles.Like a maritime fable that unfolds in scientific or fictional episodes, we will cross the timeline to reach a present that threatens the natural life of a future at sea and on land. From the dynamics of “doing to think” we will create, reflect, act and materialize illustrated solutions/manifests in an infinite artist’s book format.Every participation corresponds to a page, which is also a cell, of a multicellular organism/collective book. At the end, everyone can take home their illustrated cell and start a new organism/book.
