Dança criativa

A dança criativa é uma actividade que possibilita à criança o desenvolvimento natural da expressão e do movimento, através de exercícios lúdicos. Nesta sessão, os jogos, as histórias, as canções e as brincadeiras, dão o mote à exploração, num lugar onde os interesses dos participantes ditam o percurso pelas técnicas básicas da dança. Diferentes estilos musicais serão utilizados com o intuito de ampliar a extensão referencial e rítmica, onde crianças felizes se tornam mais conscientes dos seus corpos. 

* Os participantes devem trazer roupa confortável.

Creative dance is an activity that allows the child to develop natural expression and movement through playful exercises. In this session, games, stories, songs and games set the tone for exploration, in a place where the interests of the participants suggest the way through the basic techniques of dance. Different musical styles will be used in order to expand the referential and rhythmic range, where happy children become more aware of their bodies.

* Participants are invited to wear comfortable clothes.
